You’ll lie down or sit comfortably while I guide you into a relaxed state using breath, intention, and soft verbal prompts, all whilst playing a selection of pure quartz crystal instruments, such as bowls, chimes, harp, challis and triangle, chosen intuitively for your energy on the day. The session becomes an immersive experience where sound waves move through your body, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and support emotional processing. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotionally moved, or simply very still — all responses are welcome.

Nope. Just show up, breathe, and allow. Interestingly, your body knows exactly what to do! You’re welcome to set an intention, but there’s no effort required. This is a receiving practice — and it’s safe to surrender into it.

In some ways, yes — although you don’t have to “try” to meditate. The sound naturally slows your brainwaves from beta (thinking) into alpha and theta (deep relaxation and intuitive states). This allows for mental rest, physical healing, and sometimes even insight or emotional release — without forcing it. It’s pretty special.

You might — and that’s totally okay! Your subconscious still receives the benefits of the sound even if you drift off. Some clients hover in a dreamy state (like deep meditation), while others doze in and out. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it. Simply allow the waves of sound take you where you need to go and most importantly …. enjoy!

Sound therapy has been shown to support the body and mind in various ways. While experiences vary from person to person, some benefits are as noted below:

  • Reduced anxiety and stress
  • Better sleep and nervous system regulation
  • Emotional release and mental clarity
  • Rebalancing of energy and chakras
  • A sense of calm, connection, and peace
  • Relief from overthinking, burnout, and fatigue

Over time, many clients also experience a stronger connection to their intuition and inner guidance.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to fully relax. No special gear or mats are needed — everything is provided for you. You may like to bring water, a journal, or a cozy blanket if that makes you feel grounded.

Absolutely! Group sound baths are powerful shared experiences — whether for friends, families, teams, or private events. I also offer themed sessions and mobile sound therapy for large groups and organisations.

That’s completely up to you and your needs. Some clients come weekly or fortnightly, others monthly or seasonally. Even one session can bring profound rest and reset, whilst regular practice can support deeper alignment and growth.

Yes, sound therapy is gentle and non-invasive. If you have specific medical concerns (e.g., pacemakers, epilepsy, or are in your first trimester of pregnancy), let’s chat before your session to tailor it accordingly.
